Dr. Eva Chan is a highly recognized chiropractor and healthcare leader in Toronto, consistently acclaimed as a top chiropractor by InsideToronto.com’s Reader’s Choice Awards and Opencare’s Patients Choice Winner.

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Dr. Chan’s passion for fitness and wellness began early. An avid athlete throughout her school years, she earned numerous athletic and academic awards. She pursued a career in healthcare, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education & Health from the University of Toronto. Drawn to holistic healing, she then attended Logan College of Chiropractic in Missouri, earning a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. She returned to Toronto shortly after her studies.

Dr. Chan’s diverse athletic background, including competitive dragon boating and beach volleyball, has shaped her health and wellness philosophy. Although she no longer competes, she maintains a disciplined approach to diet, exercise, and mental well-being.

Her professional focus includes family wellness healthcare, pre- and postnatal fitness and healthcare, and sports performance enhancement and injury treatment. Dr. Chan employs various chiropractic techniques, such as Diversified, Sacro-Occipital, Gonstead, Thompson Technique (Drop-Table adjusting), and Webster Technique (prenatal and postnatal care). She also utilizes muscle release therapy to break down scar tissue and restore muscle function.

Dr. Chan is a member in good standing with the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Ontario Chiropractic Association, regularly updating her skills and knowledge. She volunteered with organizations like the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, St. Louis Youth Soccer Association, Ovarian Cancer Society, and The Linden Fund’s Pedals for Preemies. Outside of her practice, she enjoys family time and leisurely sports such as volleyball, running, snowboarding, and yoga.
